At Ink ‘N Hide Design Room, we take great care to ensure each custom leather creation is crafted with precision and artistry. Since our process is highly detailed and we handle orders in the sequence they are received, here’s what you can expect in terms of timeframes:


General Timeframes

Stage Estimated Timeframe
Consultation & Initial Contact Within 1-3 business days of inquiry submission.
Mockup Creation 1-2 weeks after consultation.
Production (Crafting Your Item) 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity and workload.
Delivery Based on shipping method and location.

Factors That May Affect Timeframes

  1. Current Workload: Orders are handled in the order they are received. During busy periods, production times may lean toward the longer end of the timeframe.

  2. Design Complexity: Intricate designs or unique requests may require additional time for crafting and finishing.

  3. Customer Timelines: If you have a specific date in mind (e.g., a gift or event), please let us know during your consultation. While we can’t guarantee expedited timelines, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.


Special Notes

  • Rush Orders: At this time, we do not officially offer a rush order option, but please mention your timeline needs in the consultation, and we’ll assess whether it’s feasible to meet your deadline.

  • Quality Assurance: Our process includes multiple quality checks to ensure your piece is durable, functional, and beautifully crafted. This commitment to quality may extend production time slightly but ensures a final product you will love.
